Are you a Qualified Teacher looking for a new challenge?

Do you have experience teaching pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour?

I am looking for core subject teachers for a Secondary Pupil Referral Unit in Mitcham. This school caters for pupils who have been excluded, or have found it difficult to engage in a mainstream environment. The pupils follow the National Curriculum, but with an increased focus on vocational and pastoral activities.

This is an extremely supportive school, and we have consistently recieved exceptional feedback from Teachers and Teaching Assistants who we have placed into the school. Students follow the national curriculum in all subjects with the emphasis on maintaining continuity between settings and re-engagement with education. Pupils study a varied curriculum that works alongside additional sessions to support pupils with their individual needs.
