Recruitment Consultant – Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is the market leader in education decruitment with over 80 branches covering England and Wales. We are looking to recruit consultants for our flagship office in London Bridge on the Thames overlooking St Paul’s, The Shard and the city’s skyscrapers – as well as a short walk from Borough Market.
Teaching Personnel – the Company.
- 20+ years specialising solely in Education recruitment, established in 1996
- Market leader within the industry (over 200 trading companies)
- Clear path to progress into Senior Consultant and then either Branch Manager (manage your own team) or Business Manager (manage your own desk with a bigger focus on MATs and large-scale Business Development).
The role requires you to advertise for and recruit suitable candidates to work within your client schools and business development schools not currently working with us. You will need to be hardworking, resilient and able to work to targets.
Recruitment Consultant – Person Specification
- Experience working in recruitment.
- Experience managing your own desk.
- Experience in education recruitment is desirable but by no means essential!
