Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment company, are seeking a Candidate Consultant for an immediate start to work in our Hull office.

As a Candidate Consultant you will help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising open vacancies online, sourcing new teachers and support staff
  • Contacting registered candidates regarding new vacancies/work
  • Conducting pre-registration calls to asses suitability for work in schools
  • Arranging interviews with candidates, obtaining reference details and documents
  • Completing administrative tasks such as; document scanning, reference chasing
  • Providing general recruitment support to a team of consultants
