  • The position: Secondary Business Studies Teacher 
  • Salary: GBP25,450 - GBP46,550
  • Location: Southwark, South East London

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside several secondary schools in the Southwark, South East London area.

We are looking to recruit a strong candidate who can teach KS3-5 Business Studies with preferably with previous experience working at a secondary school and or a sixth form/college.

This role would commence after September 2021. If you are a Business Studies Teacher with good experience with some knowledge/experience teaching at a secondary school level, then this role is right for you.

The ideal candidate:

Will:

  • Be able to commit to a long-term role as a Business Studies teacher
  • Have a respectful and professional manner towards pupils and staff at the school
  • Have an enthusiastic approach to lessons
  • Ideally able to teach Business Studies to A-level and the capability of covering other subjects if required
  • Have high expectations of work and behaviour

Must:

  • Hold qualified teacher status – (we welcome NQT applications)
  • Have experience working with KS3 and KS4 children (preferably have KS5 experience as well)
  • The right to work within the UK
  • The ability to provide AT LEAST TWO references from your most recent employers
  • All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid child workforce Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check which is on the update service
