Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week | All Year Round
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are seeking an ambitious and highly organised Business Coordinator to play a central role in the delivery of finance and business operations within a thriving and expanding educational environment. The Opportunity
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will provide the structure, insight and oversight needed to ensure business systems are effective, compliant and support informed decision-making.
A key aspect of the role is transforming financial data into meaningful information. You will support budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, helping leaders plan effectively and manage resources with confidence. You will also oversee important financial systems and processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, compliance and value-for-money initiatives.
Beyond finance, you will contribute to the smooth running of wider business operations, including administration, marketing activities and income generation opportunities such as lettings and grants. Your ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes and implement improvements will be essential as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.
The role also offers involvement in projects, contracts and operational developments, providing the opportunity to contribute to strategic priorities while maintaining excellent day-to-day performance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
