Bourne Education Trust - Teachers Wanted

I am currently working closely with the Bourne Education Trust, to help them find teachers of Maths, Science, English, and IT.

The Trust was established in 2013 with the academy sponsorship of Jubilee High School by Epsom and Ewell High School. Over the past 4 years the Trust has grown to 10 schools, serving over 4000 pupils across Surrey and Hampshire. In the Trust's expansion pipeline there are a further 6 schools across primary, secondary and alternative provision hoping to join over the next 12 - 18 months.

There are huge opportunities in this trust for rapid progression and career leaps with 10 schools currently and a CEO who intends to promote from within for example one of the recently amalgamated schools has been restaffed with new middle and senior leaders from other surrounding schools, allowing multiple teachers to make jumps in their own departments and in entirely new schools.

The trust have consistently improved on Ofsted grades across all their schools allowing you to be part of a success story in a school and they really do want to make a difference across the school improving attainment, outlook and ambition among the students.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
