Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Classroom Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Blackpool. This full-time role starts on April 21st and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young students' learning journeys. We can help train you for the role with a Level 2 TA qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Classroom Learning: Work alongside the teacher to help deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide Individualized Support: Assist students who may need extra help, ensuring every child can achieve their best.
• Encourage Positive Behaviours: Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment and support positive behaviour.
• Assist with Lesson Preparation: Help prepare learning materials and activities to enhance the classroom experience.
• Contribute to Student Progress: Support pupils’ development and provide constructive feedback.
