The Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome obstacles and thrive in their learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Implementing individualised behaviour management strategies
• Providing one-on-one support to students both in and out of the classroom
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges
