Behavioural Support Specialist Required

Job description

My client is a large school looking for behavioural support specialists for long-term contracts and permanent positions. You will be working in classes in key stages 3 and 4. In addition to group work you will also be required to provide support on an individual 1:1 basis. Due to the nature of the school some of the students are from a care background and need someone who is going to show a lot of enthusiasm and are willing to get involved as part of a team.

*Ex-forces, Military/Police
*Criminology, Psychology, Music Degree
*Sports coaching qualification or background
*Team Teach/SKIP, CPI, MAPA Physical Intervention Training
*Supporting NEET
*Experience supporting challenging behaviour within an out of school setting
*Emotionally Robust

Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly beneficial, yet it will be your ability to build relationships and increase pupils
