Behaviour & Autism Support Specialist Needed Urgently

  • Guaranteed work till July

Do you have experience in working with pupils who present with challenging behaviour and autism? Are you a resilient individual with the desire to begin making a difference to the lives of children?

If you answered yes to both questions above, get in touch now!! Teaching Personnel are working alongside two primary schools in the DE21 & DE07 areas who are looking for a learning support assistant to begin work individually.

Duties:

- working with pupils who struggle to manage behaviour

- devising work plans to engage pupils in class

- setting up reward systems for pupils to work towards

- providing pupils with support throughout numeracy & literacy sessions

- leading activities and break times to reduce the number of incidents occurring at these times.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
