Teaching Personnel are incredibly busy with bookings and long term positions, supporting pupils with Behavioural Difficulties within Fulford, York. I support SEN Schools and Alternative Provisions in the York and Selby areas, with their recruitment for general and specialist support staff. At present, as we enter into the summer term, I have a huge demand for Behaviour Support Assistants, to work with small groups as well as on a 1:1 basis.
One of our client schools has approached us to help them secure a Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils, from now until the end of the summer term. The ideal candidate will come from a sports background and ideally hold a Coaching Qualification; be committed to delivering an enthusiastic and engaging learning environment and also be able to support pupils who are low ability and require additional support. You should have basic knowledge of the core curriculum subjects and be confident in your approach to working with children and behaviour management.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
