Teaching Personnel are currently looking for enthusiastic, approachable and flexible support workers for roles in a Pupil Referral Unit in the Lincoln Area. The role will involve working on a 1:1 and small group basis with children and young people who have has some of the most challenging upbringings. The main part of your role will be to aid and support in the young peoples learning, education and enrichment and will involve de-escalating and dealing with behaviours of an extreme nature.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:

• Previous experience supporting behaviours, i.e PRU, Youth and Community Work.
• Team Teach (desired but not essential)
• Calm and approachable nature
• GCSE's of A to C in Maths and English
