Job description

Teaching Personnel are work closely with a School based on the outskirts of Lancaster. The School is smaller than average and caters specifically for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours. The School are hoping for a hard working, enthusiastic and experienced Support Assistant to work with their KS3/4 pupils. The School is based between Lancaster and Garstang with close links to the motorway, however, the School isn't accessible via public transport so ideally, you need to hold a valid UK licence to apply for this role.

The candidate must be looking for a long term, full time role and the School hours are 8.40am - 3.15pm with a half an hour lunch break. The School are looking for a passionate, empathetic and resilient candidate with experience supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties and have strong behaviour management skills.

The role will be full time, long term and candidates must be passionate about enriching the lives of pupils with additional needs.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £57 - 67 per day

- Long term position available
