Teaching Personnel are looking for a candidate to work as a Behavioural Support Assistant at a school in the Trafford area. The pupils are aged 11-16 with SENs, such as ASC, SEMH and BESD.
This role is temporary, but with the possibility of becoming permanent if you settle into the job well.
Pay will start at GBP10 per hour, with working hours typically being from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with SEN
- Behaviour management experience
- Team Teach trained (preferred)
Main responsibilties would involve:
- Intervening when pupils' behaviour requires attention
- Engaging students to ensure they stay on track with the curriculum
- Reporting back to the relevant parties to promote a high standard of care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
