Are you looking to utilise your passion and experience to support young people when they return to secondary school in September?

A vibrant and supportive secondary school have made plans to focus heavily on pastoral care across the school due to the closures. As a result, the Headteacher wishes to appoint a dedicated behaviour specialist who is able to support those pupils who will have been out of education and routine for up to 6 months. 

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide extra support to identified pupils who need it most when returning in the new academic year and are at higher risk of being excluded, in smaller groups or on a 1:1 basis. You will act as a positive learning role model for pupils and so the ideal candidate will have previous/transferable experience working in a similar setting.

  • Full time Behaviour Specialist 
  • September 2020 to January 2021 in the first instance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
