Job Opportunity: Behaviour Support Worker
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £83-£90/Day
Are you a compassionate and patient individual looking to make a difference? Teaching Personnel seeks a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our team in the east of Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work with students with additional needs in a supportive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students in their day-to-day activities, including core subject learning and overall wellbeing management.
- Work with staff members to create engaging and enjoyable learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and adaptable learning environment.
- Assist in managing student behaviours effectively.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability for Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM shifts.
- Compassionate, patient, and supportive demeanour.
- Willingness to undergo or possess a valid DBS check.
- Previous experience in education or care preferred.
- Ability to thrive in challenging situations and remain resilient.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
