Behaviour Supporr/ Teaching Assistant - Doncaster

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to work within one of our schools situated in Doncaster to start with immediate effect.

The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in both KS1 and 2 having prior experience working both in a classroom and on a 1:1 support basis. The Behavioural Support Assistant will have brilliant overall behavioural management capabilities and be able to both engage and build an excellent rapport with students.

The Behavioural Support Assistant would have a patient and nurturing approach, with the ability to effectively deescalate volatile situations. The post will last until the end of the academic year, with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right individual.

Teaching Personnel are seeking:

• A candidate who has experience working with individuals who display challenging behaviour
• A Behavioural Support Assistant with experience across KS1/2
• A Behaviour Support Assistant who has supported on both a 1:1 and classroom based setting
