Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors within a Behaviour setting. The ideal candidate would be a confident leader within a secondary setting that can deliver lessons to pupils with behavioural needs.
Demands for supply teachers are at a high and schools are interested in having passionate and keen educators to cover lessons in a teacher's absence.
You may have experience in tutoring or coaching, or have the skills to manage a classroom of pupils, or perhaps a relevant degree or caring background - this could be the role for you.
About Teaching Personnel
We are first and foremost a teacher recruitment agency, supply various different staffing needs to schools across the country. We are specialists by sector - our recruitment consultants deal with select schools in their local area and have great working relationships to place the right teachers in the right roles. We supply day to day teachers, longer term cover and permanent roles. Alongside this we provide Teaching Assistants and Tutors for intervention purposes.
About your Specialist Consultant
As a Secondary Constant I work primarily with the Secondary school and Colleges within the Southampton, Romsey and Eastleigh area. I am fortunate enough to have developed long standing relationships over the last 3 years and have watched Tutors develop KS3 and KS4 pupils achieve their full potential.

Cover Supervisor work is a great way to build your teaching experience, particularly if you are looking to start a PGCE or similar programme in the future, aiding your application and making you a stronger all round teacher.
