Are you a skilled and confident educator ready to take your next step in supporting young learners in primary schools in the Windsor and Slough area?
Work as a Specialist Teaching Assistant and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of students in primary schools across the area.
Your Role:
- Lead lessons and deliver pre-planned learning activities in the teacher's absence.
- Support individual students and groups, ensuring all learners can access and engage with the curriculum.
- Deliver targeted interventions to help students reach their full potential.
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), contributing to their academic and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role in education.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience covering classes in the UK.
- A proactive, confident, and adaptable approach to supporting students in the classroom and one-on-one settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
