Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Southampton, Secondary Schools Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: Competitive
Are you skilled in managing challenging behavior and supporting students to reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work in secondary schools in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with challenging behavior in overcoming barriers to learning.
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions.
- Provide mentoring and support to help students develop positive attitudes and social skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
