Behaviour Mentor in Thornton Heath

I am currently working with a 'Good' primary school based in the borough of Croydon, Thornton Heath, who are looking to appoint a passionate behaviour mentor to begin in September 2018. The staff within the school holds the belief that every child can achieve their full potential given the right support.

The school itself is considered a fairly new school within the borough, the are looking to become an outstanding school which they are on track to become having already become the school of choice for many families in the local community.

The role itself will be ideal for someone with previous experience as a behaviour mentor but isn't essential, you will be responsible for mentoring challenging students to try and get through to the root of their behavioural issues, supporting these children with all aspects of their school life, to be a role model to these children and to liaise with SLT within the school to achieve the best results possible.
