A challenging and rewarding opportunity has become available for a Behaviour and Inclusion officer to join a specialist 14-18 school based in Salford.

One of our partnering secondary schools in the Salford area are looking for a highly experienced individual to take on the role of a Behvaiour and Inclusion officer within their pastoral department. The successful candidate must have previous experience within a similar role or have transferrable skills to manage challenging behaviour.

The secondary school is located in Salford and is easily accessible from surrounding areas of Greater Manchester via the M60 and A580. For candidates who do not drive, the school is accessible via several forms of public transportation from areas such as Bolton, central Manchester and Trafford.

  • Behaviour and Inclusion officer required to start September 2023.
  • Large secondary school based in Bury.
  • Pastoral or behavioural experience.
  • Full-time position.
  • Must be available to go in for a trial.
  • Earn up to £450 a week depending on experience.

Our client secondary school are looking for an Inclusion Officer to start in the September 2023.

The incoming Inclusion officer will be working with identified students on a 1:1 basis who require additional support due to showing challenging behaviour. The inclusion officer must have experience working with challenging behaviour or have worked in a similar role before. This role is a non-teaching role and will be predominantly pastoral work.

The school are happy to consider applications from Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants (or similar) and Teachers as long as they meet the above criteria.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
