Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: From £92.63 per day

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, help students overcome barriers to learning, and play an important role in shaping young people's futures.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you'll become an important part of the school community by:
- Supporting students in lessons on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience.
- Working closely with teachers to create engaging learning experiences.
- Supporting students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), SEMH, and behavioural needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students stay focused in lessons.
- Becoming a positive role model and trusted adult within the school.
No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact.

Educator Requirements
The ideal candidate will also require the following or already hold & willing to apply for: (We can help you obtain the below as part of the registration process)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Education Workforce Regulation registration (EWC)
• Aged 18 and over
• Level 2 Safeguarding Course as part of your onboarding with us
• A Minimum of 2 professional based references which cover a 24-month period of employment (or equivalent)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
