  • Practical and theory lessons across Key Stage 3
  • Teaching within a department of 6 others where lessons are shared as and when needed to follow the school's curriculum

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience teaching all Sciences to Key Stage 3
  • Specialise in teaching one or more Science to Key Stage 4
  • UK recognised QTS statues
  • Recent experience working in a secondary school
  • Willingness to take on some intervention groups and booster sessions
  • Strong behaviour management with experience of making lessons accessible to all learners through differentiation
  • Will have excellent subject knowledge and a desire to provide the best education to pupils
  • Will be required to apply for a Child Workforce DBS, if you do not already have one on the update service
