A special educational needs (SEN) school based in the Mablethorpe area required a Special Educational Needs Teacher (FQT) or a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT).Training will be give and along with this all staff are involved in continued professional development.

Ideal Candidate:

•Experience in Severe Learning Disabilities is desired

•Prior involvement within SEN whether professional or at home

•Understanding of special educational needs is ideal but not crucial – specific learning disabilities such as dyslexia, autism, Aspergers, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities

•Desire and passion for working with children and enjoys being part of their development

•Willing to learn, adjustable and able to take on new tasks

This school based in Mablethorpe area has state of the art Special Educational Needs facilities and a specialist Autism unit. They are looking for staff who can bring out pupils true potential. They are looking for Teachers that are compassionate and caring and can build relationships with the children.

Classrooms are purpose built, well-equipped and designed to be suitable for students with SLD. Class sizes are small and the teacher is supported by teaching assistants.
