Art Teacher Needed for Secondary School in Yateley

Are you a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher ready to inspire young minds? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic individual to join a welcoming secondary school in Yateley, starting as soon as possible.

Position Details:

  • Role: Art Teacher
  • Location: Yateley, Hampshire
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Duration: Longer term with potential for temp to perm transition
  • Full-time: Part-time considered (4 or 5 days a week)
  • Friday Finish: School ends at 13:30 on Fridays
  • Key Stages: Teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • SEN Experience: Essential
  • Encouraging ECTs and Unqualified Teachers: Qualified, unqualified, and ECTs qualifying this year are welcome to apply
  • Safer Recruitment: Safer in Education checks will be required

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to teach art across the age and attainment range
  • Experience or willingness to work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Engaging teaching style that fosters creativity and enthusiasm for the subject
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
