About the School
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to appoint a full time Art Teacher. The Secondary Academy in question are based in Nottingham, who are an aspirational and inclusive Academy. The Academy aims to secure this through an inspirational curriculum to facilitate great learning, exceptional progress and the development of character. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, teaching, and tracking pupil progress involved within the role. The role is to start after Easter.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Art Teacher
- Starting after Easter
- Teaching KS3 to KS5
- Art as a specialist subject.
- Willingness to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme
The Essentials:
- Must be available for full time work from Easter
- Must have QTS or completed PGCE – both experienced Art teachers and NQTs are welcome to apply
- Must have suitable school-based references
- Must have or be willing and able to apply for a fully enhanced Child workforce only DBS certificate
