Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large LEA secondary school in the Farnborough area who are looking to recruit a teacher of Art to join them in the January.
This large secondary school is currently on its journey to becoming an Ofsted graded Good school, with new leadership and new policies in place to ensure this is the case, the staff, SLT and pupils are all behind these changes as introduced by the new head teacher who took the role of leadership in the previous academic year.
They are currently recruiting for their Art department to introduce a new teacher who is able to preform the full responsibilities of a teacher with planning and marking at both KS3 and KS4 to provide quality teaching up to a GCSE level. Working in this school has many benefits including access to state of the art facilities, a strong leadership team with a clear vision, a helpful and supportive head of department and a student pool who are keen to learn.
The school are looking to find a new teacher to join them by the beginning of the spring term and as such will need to conduct interviews previous to this, these interviews will be held on a rolling basis until a suitable candidate is found.
