Job Title: Art & Design Teacher
Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Oldham
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 Per annum
Qualifications: PGCE, PGDE, QTS or QTLS, Teach First qualification
Skills: Behaviour management, passion for art and design, experience teaching to GCSE level

Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging art and design lessons to students
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress
- Prepare students for GCSE level examinations
- Participate in departmental meetings and school events
Required Qualifications:
- PGCE, PGDE, QTS or QTLS
- Teach First qualification
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Art or Design related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching art and design to GCSE level students
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passion for art and design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Art Education
- Additional training in special education or inclusive teaching practises
Working Conditions:
- Full-time contract position
- Standard school hours with occasional evening or weekend events
- Collaborative work environment within the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
