QTS and fully inducted Teacher.

Experience of raising standards in KS2 and a portfolio to evidence this would be beneficial.

Experience of working alongside children with a variety of needs and behaviours is also preferable.

Over the last half term, Teaching Personnel have encountered a high volume of Schools in the Blackburn with Darwen area, contacting the agency in order to source KS2 qualified teachers with the view to starting as soon as possible through Teaching Personnel.

Experience of working with children with low attainment levels and showing progression in class is essential in many school roles; it is also essential that you can display a number of behaviour management techniques. Schools are now actively seeking cover for courses, maternity and PPA, so we are very keen to keep recruiting teachers.

With this in mind, Teaching Personnel are continuing to recruit over the next half term in order to service the needs of the Schools in the Blackburn with Darwen area and in doing so, securing long term roles for a number of teachers.
