Location: Berkeley, Gloucestershire
Salary: £14,372 - £14,763
Hours: 25 hours per week - Term Time Only (8:30am - 1:30pm)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the school site. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing reception and telephone duties
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Handling deliveries
- Supporting the wider administration team with day-to-day tasks
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
- Ensuring all safeguarding and security procedures are followed
- General administrative duties

✔ Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
✔ Proven experience in an administrative role
✔ Strong IT skills
✔ Great organisational skills
✔ A good level of literacy and numeracy - 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
✔ A discreet and confidential approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
