We work closely with a Specialist School based in Oldham which provides education and support for primary and secondary pupils with additional learning needs and challenging behaviours.
The School are looking to appoint an Admin Assistant for a September 2019 start. The role will be full time and the working hours are 9 - 5 (Monday - Friday) so would suit individuals who come from an admin background and are seeking a full times role.
This role will involve working on front of house and the successful applicant will need to be professional, organised and have prior experience working in school admin. As an admin assistant you roles and responsibilities will include: dealing with general enquiries, answering the telephone and writing emails and helping to organise the head of school.
The School are looking for a confident, hard working and enthusiastic candidate. The school have also requested that applicants have experience in a school office and experience using SIMS would be highly desirable. The school are ideally seeking an individual who can complete the following tasks:
- Front of house duties such as answering the phones and dealing with enquires
- Photocopying and answering phones
- Liaising with family members of pupils
- Working in a small office team
- Signing visitors in to School
