Job description

Behaviour Support Salford

  • Support pupils on a one to one basis in an educational setting to raise attainment
  • Competitive rates of pay up to £55.00 per day
  • Flexible roles including both part-time and full time positions available

Teaching Personnel currently have a number of job opportunities at one of our client schools in the Shaw area of Salford. Our client is an ‘Outstanding’ primary school that has easy travel routes via Shaw Lane to both the M60 and the M602. The academy has visionary leadership from the Headteacher, a strong support system for its pupils which enables pupils to achieve far beyond national expectations both academically and with their own personal development.

The school has had a small number of pupils arriving in September that require a strong role model to enable them to integrate into school life as well as developing personally to go forward and achieve academically. Therefore, Teaching Personnel are currently seeking support assistants with a background in behaviour support to work on a flexible, one-to-one basis to support pupils in specific subject areas. Roles could also involve liaising with both other members of staff and parents, meaning a forward-thinking and calm approach to the role are imperative. The support department within the school has the potential to increase in size from September, meaning permanent roles could become available for the right candidates.
