1:1 Teaching Assistant

We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in our Resource Base, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). This is a rewarding role where you’ll help pupils thrive in a safe, inclusive, and happy learning environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Kind, nurturing, and empathetic
- A great team player with a good sense of humour
- Passionate about working with children
- Eager to learn and grow in the role
- Educator has DBS which is on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
- Can provide reference information for previous 24 months of employment.
Whether you have experience or are just starting out, full training will be provided.
Job Details:
- Role: Teaching Assistant – Resource Base
- Hours: 31 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 08:30 – 15:00
- Wednesday: 08:30 – 16:00
- Hourly Rate: £13.75
