We are on the hunt for an inspirational graduate, to work on an individual basis with children across KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain 1:1 SEN experience before completing a Masters Degree or undertaking your Initial Teacher Training.

The role of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant will involve working on an individual basis with 2 children in KS2. These pupils have Dyslexia and will need additional support in Literacy and Numeracy. This is a role that is based within the classroom, however you will also take part in sessions in quiet leering areas within the school.

This school is a lovely 2 form entry Primary, located just outside of Tonbridge. The school is a 5-minute walk away from a range of public transport options and is the perfect option for someone who is a non-driver. There is a staff car park onsite with allocated spaces for staff members.

To be considered for this 1:1 Teaching Assistant position, you must be a graduate who has obtained a 2:1 or above in your chosen university degree. You must have an A-C grade in GCSE English, Maths and Science and will be able to confidently support students in Literacy and Numeracy. You will have a passion for education, already have experience working with children and will ideally be a graduate who would like to become a Primary Teacher.

Please note: due to the high volume of 1:1 Teaching Assistant positions, only successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant applicants will be contacted.
