1:1 General Tutor

Are you a teacher who has recently left the classroom but still have a passion for helping students succeed? We have the perfect opportunity for you to return to the world of education in a flexible and rewarding role as a 1:1 General Tutor.

Location: Mansfield (NG19)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students.

  • Develop personalised lesson plans that cater to each student’s specific learning needs and goals.

  • Support students across a range of subjects, from core academics to specific areas of interest.

  • Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

  • Create a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment for students.

About You:

  • You are a qualified teacher who has recently left the profession but still has a strong passion for education.

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students in a 1:1 setting.

  • You are adaptable and can tailor your teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student.

  • You have an up-to-date DBS check or are willing to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
