Maths Teacher (Year 7/8) – Prep School in Windsor
Full-Time | January Start | Until End of Academic Year (or Minimum One Term)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a highly regarded Prep School in Windsor from January 2026. This is a full-time position running until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension. The role would also suit candidates available for at least one term.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves teaching small classes of Year 7 and Year 8 pupils (maximum of around 15 students per class), allowing for a personalised and engaging learning experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality Maths lessons, supporting pupils’ academic progress and enthusiasm for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons for Years 7 and 8.

  • Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in learning.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the school’s high academic standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Secondary teaching experience preferred, particularly at Key Stage 3 level.

  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire young learners.

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
