• Full-time Youth Worker.
• Required from April 2020 on an ongoing basis.
• Support pupils with challenging behaviour who are at risk of exclusion.
• Secondary school in Bolton.
• Earning GBP1200 a month (paid weekly).

A large secondary school located in Bolton are currently looking to recruit a dedicated team member to work with a group of identified pupils aged 11 to 16 who struggle to engage in lessons. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the areas of youth work, support work or challenging behaviours.

The incoming youth worker will join a dedicated team of support staff and receive a full induction to ensure they have the correct knowledge about identified pupils’ learning and development. The school is a new build with modern learning facilities. This will be a truly rewarding opportunity for the incoming Youth Worker who is dedicated to ensuring pupils reach their full potential, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The secondary school is located close to Bolton town centre and is easily accessible from the M61 and M60 motorway. Bolton is also very accessible for candidates using public transport who are travelling from areas such as Farnworth, Kearsley and Westhoughton.
