Are you a graduate and aspiring teacher within secondary education looking for work in SEN schools? Teaching Personnel work in partnership with schools across Middlesbrough and have a variety of positions in 2017 working as a graduate teaching assistant, cover supervisor and learning support assistant in high schools is a great way to prepare for your teacher training.

Working via supply is an excellent method of gaining experience and building contacts in schools if you are contemplating a career in education. Cover supervisor work is ideal for confident and outgoing individuals who can lead full classes where the work has been left by class teachers, this will be in a range of subjects and requires a graduate who is experienced speaking to or leading large groups. Learning support and teaching assistant work will be with small groups and on a 1:1 individual basis, this requires specific subject knowledge and previous experience in a similar setting or as a tutor.
