- Encourage positive behaviour, emotional development, and social skills.
- Support teachers in creating an inclusive, safe, and effective learning environment.
- Help with the delivery of tailored interventions for children needing additional help.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to promote the well-being and academic success of students.
- Maintain clear communication with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistency in support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people in a support role (youth work, childcare, mentoring, etc.).
- A positive, empathetic, and patient attitude towards children, especially those who need extra support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, able to meet the needs of different children and environments.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and safeguarding.
What We Offer:
- Flexible working hours to fit your availability (full-time or part-time roles available).
- The opportunity to work across various primary schools in Bristol.
- Competitive pay rates.
- A supportive, friendly work environment.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of children.
If you’re ready to inspire and support young learners, we’d love to hear from you! Join us in helping children reach their full potential and thrive in their educational journey!
