Are you a Youth Worker, Teaching Assistant or Support Worker looking to positively influence students in a classroom setting? Teaching Personnel is working closely with East London & Essex SEN schools to recruit long-term Youth Learning Support Assistant.

 

Details:

  • Youth Learning Support Assistant role
  • Full-time role, immediate start (8:30AM – 3:30PM Monday – Friday)
  • Various East London & Essex locations (E16, E13, IG7, IG10, RM6)
  • Up to £110 per day depending on experience (PAYE) 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Young People from the ages of 4 – 18 y.o in a classroom setting
  • Be apart of a nurturing & person-centred school program
  • Be motivated to seek ways to enable Young People to overcome barriers
  • Promote inclusivity, diversity & equality among Young People
  • Develop meaningful & trusted relationships with Young People
  • Be able to work independently & in a group setting
  • Knowledge in Behavioural Management & support is desired but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
