Year 5 Teacher - Full Time - Derby City School

Teaching Personnel are looking for confident teacher who is dedication and motivated to improve the learning of children at lovely school based in Derby City. The ideal candidate will be working with a well behaved year 5 classroom.

This is full time temporary role starting from the 29th April 2019 up until the end of the academic year with the potential to go permanent. The school is a two form entry school with children eager to learn and friendly staff. The school have recently been graded 'good' within their OFSTED inspection - April 2018.

They are restructuring the classrooms and are looking for a teacher who will make themselves a committed member of staff.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have PGCE with QTS or Equivalent
  • Have experience teaching in KS2
  • Have excellent classroom management skills
  • Have sound knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Be personable, charismatic and able to work well in a team
  • Have a valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application
  • Have a proven track record of raising pupil attainment
