A welcoming and community‑focused primary school in the M5 area of Salford is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team.

About the Role

We are looking for a teacher who can create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all pupils, including those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will lead a vibrant Year 4 class, delivering creative and high-quality learning experiences that help every child thrive academically and emotionally. The role is to start ASAP for the rest of the academic year.

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Strong understanding of SEMH needs and experience supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, or social challenges
✔ Excellent behaviour management skills with a calm, consistent approach
✔ Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
✔ Creative, adaptable, and committed to inclusive teaching
✔ Passion for ensuring high expectations and progress for all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
