Teaching Assistant - September 2019 - Part time - Matlock
Are you an experienced SEN teaching assistant? do you feel comfortable working with children with complex SEN needs?
An 'Good', Ofsted rated primary school in Matlock are looking to recruit a SEN teaching assistant as well as being afforded the opportunity to expand your skills. The start date for this position will be September 2019, as a teaching assistant you will be expected to commit for minimum of one year. Your role will consist of working 1:1 with a child with autism who is also non verbal.
Due to the needs of the child, the successful SEN TA would be providing emotional and social support on a 1:1 basis so the child feels safe around the school. This is a fantastic position for someone who is looking to support children with additional needs. To be considered you must have at least 1 years experience and be passionate about the well being and safety of children, working with children with SEN is very challenging but also very rewarding, if you are looking for a role of this nature then apply immediately.
Teaching assistant Position £60-£75 per day.
