Teachers Assistants needed in Northolt

Ideally we are looking for candidates that have experience within an education setting and have a high understanding and experience of working with children.

Successful candidates will be required to have the following minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified.

The successful candidate will:

• Have recent Teaching Assistant experience within a school
• Be confident teaching KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• Be reliable, passionate and personable
• Be able to conducting observations and providing feedback to staff and parents
• Have a good command of the English language - written and oral
• Need excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be able to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
