The Headteacher and Governing Body of a reputable Primary School in Preston are keen to appoint a full-time Year 3 Teacher to join their KS2 team. This role is centred around the need for progress in Maths and English.

There are some challenging behaviours and pupils are generally currently below expectations but there is a variety of ability levels within the class and therefore differentiation is required to allow all pupils to access the curriculum and make quick progress.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced class teacher and/or an NQT with a proven track record of raising attainment in the classroom

In order to be considered you must:

-          Have a genuine passion for closing gaps in learning!

-          Have a passion for Maths!

-          Hold full UK Qualified Teacher Status

-          Have a proven track record of raising attainment across KS2.

-          Be available from February 2023

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
