£120 – £150 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 teacher looking for your next opportunity?
A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Preston is on the lookout for a Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.

This is a brilliant chance to work with a lively and curious group of learners at the start of their Key Stage 2 journey. You’ll be planning and delivering engaging lessons, nurturing confidence, and supporting academic and personal development in a well-resourced and collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 – ideally Year 3
  • Strong classroom management and a creative teaching approach
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed and thrive

Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) kick in after 12 continuous weeks in the same role. From this point, you’ll be entitled to the same pay and working conditions as a permanent teacher at the school. That means equal salary, workload expectations, and access to internal opportunities – promoting fairness and consistency for all long-term staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
