Teaching Personnel are pleased to be working with a lovely village primary school who are looking for a Key Stage 1 teacher in September. It is a very small village school just outside of Halstead with just 80 children in the school. It is a Voluntary Controlled school associated with the local Church in the village.

The school is a good school with aims to become Outstanding and are looking for teachers who also want to be committed to raising standards. The school has a lovely friendly atmosphere and a community feel. The class is a mixed Year 1/2 class with only 18 children in the class. The school has PPA on Friday afternoons and you can take this at home if you like, so get to leave at midday on Friday!!!

If you are looking for your next role in Key Stage 1, this opportunity may be for you. They want to offer a fixed term 1 term contract on supply, however will also look at extending the position on a permanent basis from January if you would like this. This position would also suit an NQT as the headteacher or deputy have both committed to being an NQT mentor if you are an NQT.
