A primary school in Prestwich, Bury (M25) is currently looking for teacher for the schools Year 2 class. This role is covering an earlier than expected maternity leave and will be starting on the 4^th November and will carry on until the end of the academic year.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in Year 2 with SATS prep.
• Be enthusiastic and committed to high expectations of behaviour.
• Passionate about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context.

Maintaining the schools well renowned high standards and fully immersing the schools unique character and lifestyle is so imperative to being successful here.  At an important stage of the children’s education, the incoming Year 2 teacher will need to have the utmost commitment and dedication to this post, taking on full time responsibilities including, planning. Marking, data entry, parents evening, continual assessments etc. In return, the successful candidate will have the support from a strong senior leadership team, PPA cover and teaching assistants in the classroom.

• Salary from GBP24,720 - GBP39,406
