Year 1 Teacher - Oldham (OL4)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced year 1 teacher to work in an average sized Primary school, based in Oldham. Teaching Personnel is working alongside this school to appoint an excellent year 1 teacher on a full time, long term basis.

The role will be a full time teaching role in the key stage 1 department, with a lovely year 1 class. It is to start in September 2019 and will be ongoing with the high possibility of continuing for the rest of the academic year.

The school is warm and welcoming. The children are known for their 'outstanding' behavior, as well as their eagerness to learn. They really enjoy coming to school and have great relationships with their teachers. The children throughout the school make good progress and achieve good results. They learn from a broad and varied curriculum. The teaching in the Key Stage 1 department is particularly good and children make great progress in their learning. The school is looking to appoint a year 1 teacher who can help with this.

The teaching throughout the school is good. Teachers create well planned lessons which cater to their student's individual needs. The learning environment is stimulating and engaging and the children make great progress due to the high expectations from their class teachers.
